Expert Health Guides
What makes these guides different?
Have you ever gone to a personal trainer or gym to exercise only to find that you hurt more afterwards? Have you been to a PT clinic that told you to put some heat or ice on your injury and just "stretch more"? I have heard too many stories that follow that exact outline. There is a lack of effective, long term mobility and body maintenance information available to the public. I wanted to change that.

After speaking to clients and patients that have spend hundreds of dollars on personal trainers, gym memberships, and trending exercise and diet fads, I noticed that quality exercise advice was reserved for a select few. And for good reason! Many health care and fitness professionals have been burned by big health organizations that undervalued their expertise and time. These individuals broke away and carved a niche for themselves with excellent service and knowledge. The only issue is that they locked away their knowledge away for high-paying customers only.

Don't get me wrong, I don't blame them for that. I love seeing health professionals thrive by offering quality care and content. But the downside is that quality health professionals and practitioners are now only available to those that can afford it, leaving countless people with only scraps of health care information and care.

Everyone deserves to know how to care and maintain their own body.
These guides go beyond a few stretches and movements you can do each day. You can scroll through Instagram to find people showing off how well they move. But how often do people actually follow those short videos to exercise? I'm guessing that it is a very small percentage. So how do YOU start becoming consistent in making your health and body a priority? The answer is learning the WHY and HOW your body works, not just blindly following a 5 second video that the algorithm happened to place on your phone.

Every guide at Waystone is full of detailed anatomy and physiology for the most common ways people get injured. You will learn about how pain changes the brain and limits improvement. If you are serious about your present and future health, you must become an expert on your own body. These guides will teach you. Each guide is broken down into three levels, with each level progressing in difficulty of movement. They include both video and written descriptions of exercises so you can be sure you are helping, not hurting, your body.
